When you are upset over something someone else did, give it to God and detach yourself from the situation, know that it is "Not Yours" and then you'll gain more self-care because of the time you spend on dealing with yourself from now on. You can wonder and wonder about things but such things are not meant to be answered because those things are less important than YoU are.
